STARTING POINT
Lala Berlin’s main objective was
to resurrect the brand online and
align it to its distinctive personality
and retail experience.
We developed this by avoiding standard layouts and making use
of their excellent content like videos, catwalks, and lifestyle imagery,
only showcased in its social platforms until then.
UX
The project started from sketched low-fidelity to high-fidelity wireframes.
From Homepage to PDP, always through all devices.
NAVIGATION - AB TESTING
We tested different navigations alongside a third-party specialist.
From the most disruptive navigations to the most traditional ones.
The result confirmed that our first proposal was working and was ok to launch.
DYNAMISM & CROSS-SELLING
- Cross-selling banners mixed in between
- Different modules and flexibility
- Different model perspectives
- Model: movement and attitude
SOCIAL COMMERCE
Including modules and banners with ambassadors and influencers’ quotes
and recommendations to generate engagement. Integrating social posts from
Instagram directly on PLP or PDP.
SHOPPABLE VIDEO
For a more engaging experience for campaign launches, we proposed the use
of shoppable videos so there’s always the opportunity to shop.

Lala is the right brand with the right amount of content to not affect performance
and to innovate in the way brands sell their collections. To bring the quality of their products to life across the site we suggested the use of full-screen videos not just
on the Homepage but Detail and Listing pages as well.
